A classic Syrah from Ojai sourced from the John Sebastiano Vineyard. Showing aromas of blackberry, smoke, violet, black pepper along with secondary scents of crushed stone, olive, and exotic spice. On the palate this is medium-bodied and focused with flavors of berries, spice and pepper leaving a lasting impression on the finish. Overall this is a lovely Syrah which should contiune to flourish over the next several years.
