Aged in French oak for around 12 months, the 2021 Pandemonium Zinfandel sports a neon ruby core with a light blue rim in the glass. A nose of crushed strawberries, black plum skin, peach yogurt, and dusty herbs present themselves nicely. Very red fruit forward and herbaceous on the palate, alongside grippy tannins and perfect levels of bright acidity, complete the wine. About 1000 cases produced.
