The 2015 Tablas Creek Dianthus Rosé rounds out the highly impressive new wine releases from this storied estate. This wine is a blend of 49% Mourvèdre, 37% Grenache and 14% Counoise. There are gorgeous aromatics of rose petals, ripe strawberry, guava puree and candied cherry. On the palate flavors of red raspberry, strawberry starburst candy and guava with hints of vanilla all take shape.
