Taken from this warm vintage in the Napa Valley, the 2014 Frank Family Wines Brut Rosé is fantastic blend of 88% Pinot Noir and 12% Chardonnay which were both harvested August 19th, 2014 and were disgorged in April 2015. Winemaker Todd Graff has impressed with this wine, which shows delicate citrus rind, teaberry and cranberry aromatics that all work together beautifully in the glass. The mousse here is lovely, as is the astringency of the wine. Sour cherry, mulberry, kumquat and red raspberry cordial flavors all dance together in the glass, as this is a delight to savor right now.
