The 2017 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon from Sojourn Cellars opens to inviting aromatics of blackberries and blackcurrants which are woven together with baking spices, graphite, cocoa powder, anise and hints minerals which all burst from the glass. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous full body that is round and voluptuous with no hard edges. It continues to impress as it displays excellent depth, with a wonderful layered texture that comes to end end with a long plush finish.
