DESERT WIND Red Wine, Wahluke Slope ‘Ruah’ 2019

A mélange of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, and 16% Syrah comes from the Desert Wine Estate and rests for 20 months in all neutral French oak. An easy-drinking wine with silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a medium-bodied mouthfeel that presents notes of red raspberry, crushed red cherries, cranberry, dried thyme, and dusty earth. It finishes clean and delicate on the palate. 6450 cases made.
