A touch of savory herbs and sagebrush, along with some forest floor, combine with aromas of red and black cherry, pomegranate and soy sauce to create a very unique and striking nose on this wine. The palate brings notes of red and black fruit, orange peel, cinnamon stick and a touch of yummy earthiness. Chewy tannins and high acidity are present so give this a year or two to enjoy, or a nice 2-3 hour long decant. 350 cases produced.
