Vineyards averaging at least 40 years produce the incredible fruit for this stunning Chardonnay. Lovely notes of ripe apple, grilled pineapple, fresh white nectarine, lemon oil, dried hay, toasted clove, blanched hazelnut and just a touch of brioche are all present. The palate has a bit more sweetness on the front palate that quickly gives way to intense minerality, ample acidity, a full body and a lengthy finish. This is an incredibly complex Chardonnay in a new-world style that I absolutely love. 2100 cases produced.
