Pinot Noir that is pressed off the skins and made in a blanc style, this one is aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak. Displaying a lovely golden and lemon core with a silvery rim, and boasting notes of Meyer lemon curd, bruised yellow peach, honey-coated ginger candy, dried time and just a hint of dehydrated tropical fruit. Finishing rich and lush with stone-fruit and saline notes hitting perfectly on the back palate.
