Displaying a light neon ruby core with a silvery rim in the glass, the 2020 Cambell Ranch Pinot Noir from Papapietro Perry sweeps the nose with aromas of cherry pie, Christmas spices, dried thyme, black tea, and dusty road. It’s aged for 11 months in about 50% new French oak. Tannins are silky smooth and pair well with the elevated acidity. 573 cases made.
