Aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak barrels, the 2020 Westside Farms Chardonnay sports a light to medium lemon core with a silvery rim. I adored this wine and the crunchy fruit notes I got across my palate - think notes of white peach, tropical fruits, toasted lemons, white clay, and sweet baking spices. The acidity is spot on, and it finishes a touch oily and very decadent on the back palate. Just 222 cases made.
