The 2019 Petit Verdot immediately begins to impresses with its gorgeous aromatics of ripe blackberries, black cherries, cassis, fresh violets, exotic spice nuances, which all come together and soar from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied with a round opulent texture and beautifully polished tannins. This continues to impress with its outstanding concentration and remarkable depth, as it glides seamlessly through the long, supple finish. While this is already extremely appealing, it should also go on to provide drinking pleasure for years to come.
