The ‘Los Molinos’ red wine by Andrew Januik is a silky blend of Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache (mainly), all sourced from the Columbia Valley. Already quite evolved, this wine shows smoky aromatics with black tea, crushed mint and blackberry pie. The palate is showing some sterling acidity with a wonderful texture. The saline streak impresses here with red and dark fruits connecting with chocolate and blood orange tones on the palate.
