The Big Papa 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Efeste always delivers, year after year, and this 2018 vintage is no exception. Showing more Bordeaux than Napa Valley, the wine is very earthy and savory and with a few years in bottle, this wine is really going to shine. The nose pops with aromas of pencil shavings, marionberry, blackberry liqueur and wet stone. Flavors of blackberry pie filling, juicy black currants, graphite, wet earth, cedar shavings form the backbone of this perfectly balanced, lengthy finish Cabernet. Highly recommended.
