This impressive 100% Syrah from Columbia Valley that is aged in 15% new French oak for 16 months where it is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Sensational aromas of black plum, blueberry pie, orange pith, French-market hard salami and herb de provence make you feel like you are walking through a Southern France farmers market. Flavors are more of the same with black plum, marionberry, ground white pepper and delicate prosciutto notes melt in your mouth. A very balanced and long finish completes the wine.
