An interesting blend of 59% Sangiovese, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Syrah create a fan-favorite in the Long Shadow lineup. This wine sees 18 months in French oak barrels with 60% being new. It offers a vibrant nose of wild strawberry, marionberry, steel, rose, Korean short ribs and a hint of petrol. On the palate flavors of red and dark fruits mix with chocolate covered strawberry, mocha and vanilla bean to create an easy drinking, yet complex wine that will age for a decade or more. 2225 cases produced.
