A blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot, this wine is aged for 14 months in 28% new French oak barrels. The wine is rich and ripe on the nose with aromas of baked blackberry pie, fennel seed, Blackberry liqueur, tobacco leaf and roasted pine nuts. The palate is incredibly rich with baked black fruit flavors combined with notes of baked cinnamon pie crust, tilled earth, and marionberry compote.
