This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Dottie Block of their Walla Walla Valley estate. The nose opens with gorgeous notes of red and black fruits, red licorice and oak spices. Nice acidity and medium plus tannins form the backbone of the wine which is starting to see flavors of baked plum, forest floor with a touch of peppered charcuterie. Drink sooner than later.
