A combination of cement egg and stainless steel drums were used, alongside a combination of 21% new French oak and 60% neutral to give complexity and roundness on the palate. Aromas of mango, melon, gooseberry and dried herbs are all present in the glass while flavors of ripe stone fruit, dried pineapple and a hint of cinnamon combine with racy acidity and a medium mouthfeel. 816 cases produced.
