A blend of 95% Mourvedre and 5% Syrah, that is aged for about 18 months in neutral French barrel and oak puncheons, this fun wine displays a beautiful presentation in the glass of medium ruby with a silver rim. Indian spices, red raspberry and milk chocolate dominate the nose on the wine. The palate gives some black cherry and pencil shavings flavors along side some Chinese five spice. It’s solidy balanced with fruit, savory components, acidy and tannin. 446 cases produced.
