This blend of 88% Cabernet Franc, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot spends 18 months in a combination of neutral, French and American oak and sports a bouquet of red cherry, black raspberry, plum, baking chocolate and a touch of green pepper. The palate has a savory dried hay component that merges well with the beautiful fruit and grippy tannins. 800 cases produced.
