50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Merlot fruit from Columbia Valley make up the 2019 Intemporal. It’s aged in 55% new French oak barrels and remits rich blackberry, cassis, dark plum, cinnamon stick, scorched earth aromas. There is a unique Juicy Fruit gum note as well that is as interesting as it is compelling. A touch herbal on the palate but it’s very rich, decadent, and structured. Grippy tannins and high acid complete the wine.
