This mèlange of 73% Grenache and 27% Mourvedre displays a gorgeous light pink color in the bottle. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel, it’s very much a Provence-styled Rosé at its core. Glorious notes of bruised apple, citrus peel, white pear, and fresh herbs dance on the palate. It’s an elegant and scrumptious Rosé that will become a lovely summer sipper this year.
