Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a few percentages of Cabernet Franc and Merlot added in that is aged in 22 months in new French oak barrels. Chocolate, coffee, and earthy play center stage, with additional notes of blackberry preserves, cassis, and sweet spices following through. Sweet rounded tannins and gorgeous acidity help complete this incredible wine. Highly recommended. 473 cases made.
