The 2021 Flagship Viognier is stunning in every way. It’s oily, decadent, structured, and made in a very Condreiu style. An incredible wine that really highlights how Viognier can be produced in Washington. Dusty road, lemon peel, white peach, honeycomb, and dried herb aromas explode from the glass. Moving to the palate, you are greeted with flavors of honeydew melon, white nectarine, and hints of ginger. Winemaker Billo Naravane is creating incredible wines for the team of Dossier. They are incredibly lucky to have him onboard. Just 270 cases made. Highly recommended.
