Aged for 17 months in ⅓ new French oak, ⅓ neutral oak, and ⅓ stainless steel the 2020 Dance Chardonnay from Long Shadows gifts notes of fresh mango, ripe apricot skin, blanched almonds, yellow tropical flowers, wet clay, and cinnamon-coated green pear. Lovely acidity pairs well with the full body and fruity finish. 790 cases were made.
