Made from all Pinot Gris grapes that were left to hang on the vine until they developed that classic gray-pink tint, and then gently pressed into this gorgeous light pink Rosé. One of the most interesting of all Rosés being produced out of Washington State as it’s made out of Pinot Gris grapes. Boastful aromas and flavors of fresh mango, white peach candy, white flower petals, and touches of grated ginger are all present. The wonderful mouthfeel and lemony acidity complete the wine.
