All Syrah fruit coming from the Red Willow Vineyard was fermented 100% whole cluster in concrete and then aged for 19 months in just 6% new French oak. Black and purple fruits dominate the nose, while notes of toasted anise, fresh mountain herbs, bacon fat, and iron dominate the palate. A medium to full-bodied mouthfeel meets lush, sweet tannins and mouthwatering acidity to create a lovely Washington-styled Syrah. 645 cases made.
