The 2020 The Third Man Grenache from Gramercy is a spicy and red-fruit-forward effort that combines 77% Grenache, 21% Syrah, and 2% Mourvedre from the Olsen Vineyard. Aged in all neutral French oak for 16 months, it focuses on bright red cherry, fresh raspberry, crushed autumn leaves, dusty earth, and dried Blood orange zest notes. Sweet and rounded tannins play with the grippy acidity and earthy finish. About 250 cases produced.
