One of the most interesting sparkling wines that I’ve ever tasted. This unique blend of 80% Syrah, 10% Semillon, and 10% Cabernet Franc sports aromas and flavors of smoked meats, fresh boysenberry, purple flower, spiced candied plum, pine forest, and black olive. The mousse is very delicate while delivering an off-dry finish. A very cool porch pounder for the summer. Serve chilled. Just 300 cases made.
