A blend of 75% Riesling and 25% Pinot Gris gives the wine a lovely floral note with hints of petrol. A bit of lemon curd, honeysuckle, dried thyme, and lemon starburst dance on the palate. It finishes with a medium mousse and a lengthy finish. 1000 cases were made
