Fermented in stainless steel tanks, drums, and neutral barrels, the 2022 Pearl Sauvignon Blanc pops on the nose with aromas of gooseberry, dried and fresh tropical fruit, and crushed stone minerality. Acidity is on the medium-plus side, finishing off with lovely green melon and gooseberry flavors on the back palate. 1329 cases were produced.
