The 2020 Spellbinder from SOH is a mélange of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon 32%, Cabernet Franc, 12% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot, and 8% Syrah. It’s aged in a combination of large oak upright tanks and neutral French oak barrels. In the glass, it sports a glistening ruby core with a pinkish rim and boasts notes of dried cherry, burnt apricot, blue plum, cedary herbs, dried cranberry, and blood orange.
