DEVISON Mourvedre, Columbia Valley ‘Off the Table’ 2021

What a beautiful Mourvedre from Devison that is a combination of 82% Mourvèdre; 18% Syrah. This is the 2021 Off The Table, and it’s spicy, full-bodied, dense, and structured - and it’s absolutely delicious. Displaying a medium to dark ruby with a purple tint, it expresses aromas of dried blueberry, mountain huckleberry, smoked herbs, ground toasted pink peppercorn, and cured meats. A adored the spicy characteristic that flows over the tongue, with hints of smoked meats and spice. One of the best Mourvedres that I have ever tasted from Washington. Drink now with a heavy decant or over the next 8-10 years. Highly recommended.
