The 2021 Entre Nosotros Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 19 months in 29% new French oak barrels. It’s a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Merlot, with the rest a combination of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Medium moving to dark glistening ruby-purple core with a light red rim, the nose pops with earthy aromas of purple roses, dusty boysenberries, pink pepper, and pine forest herbs. Tannins check in on the high side, while the mouthwatering acidity brings a black-fruit-forward and sweet clove finish. 650 cases produced.
