This Pinot Noir was sourced from the Trisaetum, 22 acre, Coast Range Vineyard. The vineyard is set on volcanic and marine sedimentary soils and is the coolest site which Trisaetum harvests from. The wine itself displays a pretty translucent color followed by a bright bouquet of rose petals, smoke, sandalwood and red cherry candy. The palate shows wonderful structure and elegance, delivering red fruit flavors along with Guava, pomegranate seed and orange rind come to mind. The range here is really exciting as it should continue to drink well over the next decade. (Best 2017-2029) - July, 2017 (OB)
