Aged 8 months in 60% concrete, 30% stainless steel, and 10% neutral French oak, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from 100% organic fruit. A scrumptious, fresh, and lively wine from the Two Wolves Vineyard, this one displays a golden lemon at the core, with a yellow-ish rim. Bright aromas of lime zest, yellow apple, dried pineapple, honeydew melon, and gooseberry are all present and wonderfully integrated. The acidity is in perfect balance and doesn’t overwhelm, as with a lot of other California Sauvignon Blancs. Medium-bodied with lovely texture on the palate, enjoy this one for the next 5-6 years. About 250 cases were made.
