PROBONO Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County 2020

<div class="uk-panel uk-panel-box uk-panel-box-secondary">Fruit comes from the Santa Maria Valley and the Sta. Rita Hills AVA allowing blending from two completely distinct styles of Pinot Noir. Displaying a dark cherry core with a pomegranate rim, it boasts notes of blueberry pie, hoisin sauce, dark cherry fruit leather, violet flower, forest moss, and Turkey Tail mushroom. It’s a lot more intricate and interesting than it should be. High levels of acidity, rounded tannins, and a smokey cedary herb note on the back palate complete the wine.</div>
