A lovely Riesling with just a touch of sweetness on the front palate, is aged for 8 months in stainless steel. It explodes with notes of green apple, lime juice, and lemongrass on the nose and on the palate. Bright acidity and a lengthy finish create a delicious ending. Only 184 cases made.
