Aged for 4 months in stainless steel this is a bright and racy Chardonnay with elevated acidity and bright green apple, underripe pear, blanched almonds and some tropical notes. Light bodied in structure and easy drinking, this would be a great summertime pool wine to enjoy on a hot day.
