A blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Petite Syrah, and 1% Malbec that is aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Spiced blackberry pie, black currant, fresh dill, and earthy notes pop from the glass and on the palate. It has medium-plus acidity and integrated tannins and for $27, it is a nice bottle of wine. About 10,000 cases produced.
