A bit more floral and minty on the nose than the Arroyo Vista Chardonnay, it’s aged sur lie for 14 months in about 45% new French oak. It’s rich and ripe on the palate, with flavors of lemon curd, grilled grapefruit, and honey-coated pear. The finish ends fruit-forward with a touch of sweetness. About 7000 cases produced.
