Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels with 13% being new. Dried papaya, and tropical fruit notes, along with lemon curd, white nectarine, honeydew melon, and some sweet baking spices. Elevated acidity, a medium body, and a lengthy fruit-forward palate are all present on the lengthy finish. 196 cases made.
