Chardonnay fruit coming from the Abeja Estate, Celilo, and Conner Lee vineyards, it is aged for 10 months in 15% new French oak, 70% neutral, 9% stainless steel, and 7% concrete. A rich and luscious style of Chardonnay with wonderful notes of baked cinnamon-coated pear, lemon pie, sweet baking spices, and toasted hazelnuts. Medium to bull-bodied, with lemony acidity, and a luscious mouthfeel, enjoy this one over the next five years for optimal results. 1073 cases were produced.
