The 2020 Angie is made from 100% Chardonnay fruit in the traditional method with fruit coming from the Lake Chelan area. Let this wine warm up a little bit in the glass and you will be pleasantly surprised by the notes of bruised apple, freshly baked brioche, cinnamon powder, white peach, and a bit of warm spice. A soft mousse dances on the palate while it finishes with lovely acidity, the backbone to the long finish.
