The 2022 Cymbal Sauvignon Blanc from Long Shadows was aged in a combination of French oak barrels, concrete tanks, and stainless steel, which gives it a very complex and rounded mouthfeel. Notes of gooseberry, kiwi fruit, lime zest, mountain flowers, and hints of freshly sliced apple are all present and combined wonderfully in the glass. I loved the full-bodied texture that completely envelopes the palate with its mouthwatering acidity. Drink now or over the next 4-5 years. 816 cases made.
