Washington is currently producing some spectacular Chenin Blancs and this Adrienne from Efeste is no exception. A bouquet of freshly sliced pear, white grapefruit, marzipan, white flower blossoms and sea breeze are all prominently displayed. High acidity and flavors of crisp green pear, red apple, toasted almonds and pear bruleé are apparent on the palate. The finish goes on and on.
