This GSM-style blend of 60% Grenache, 21% Mourvedre, 15% Counoise and 4% Syrah that is brought up in neutral French oak barrels displays aromas of macerated strawberry, red cherry, sandalwood, dried thyme and dusty earth. Wild strawberry, dried thyme and red licorice form the core of the palate alongside medium plus acidity and medium tannins that are silky smooth.
