The 2022 Red Willow Savage Grace Sauvignon Blanc was fermented with a touch of skin contact and then spent 5 months in neutral French oak barrels. Showing slight accents of an orange wine on the palate, with notes of crushed grilled citrus, lemon curd, mushroom, and dusty road. It’s soft and elegant on the palate, ending with rich lemon and earth notes on the mid and back palate.
