Another GSM blend from Cairdeas, the 2021 Tri combines 67% Syrah, 22% Mourvedre, and 4% Grenache into a full-bodied, scrumptious wine that gifts a dark purple core with a neon purple rim in the glass. Meaty and herbaceous on the nose with aromas of bacon fat, black cherries, red and black currants, and pink peppercorn shining through. Rich on the finish, this wine should age well for the next 7-8 years. 1251 cases made.
